Jessica Tuthill is a CPA and finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading accounting, finance, operational reporting, and strategic planning initiatives for growing businesses across multiple industries.

She specializes in helping founder-led companies build finance functions capable of supporting operational scale, institutional reporting requirements, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Jessica’s experience spans public accounting, operational finance leadership, SEC reporting, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, mergers and acquisitions, financial process transformation, and public-company environments.

She began her career in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area working with CohnReznick, Grant Thornton, and later PwC, where she worked with both public and private companies across audit, advisory, internal controls, and financial reporting engagements.

After transitioning from public accounting, Jessica spent nearly a decade in operational finance leadership within the transportation and logistics industry, ultimately serving as CFO of a large operating subsidiary of a publicly traded company. During this time, she led accounting and finance modernization initiatives, developed scalable reporting infrastructure, supported mergers and acquisitions activity, improved operational analytics, and partnered directly with operations leadership to improve business performance and decision-making.

More recently, Jessica has advised emerging growth and public-company clients on SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, operational finance, internal controls, and capital markets readiness.

Her approach combines technical accounting expertise with practical operational understanding — helping companies bridge the gap between accounting compliance and strategic financial leadership.
